By creating an account or using TriCoach ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. TriCoach is operated by Bristow Built, owned by George Bristow II ("we," "our").
TriCoach is a coaching SaaS platform enabling coaches to create and deliver structured endurance and strength training programs. Athletes can connect third-party fitness integrations (Strava, Oura, Garmin) and track training progress. AI-generated coaching insights are included as a supplementary feature, not as medical or professional advice.
You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use TriCoach. Notify us immediately at george@bristowbuilt.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to:
TriCoach integrates with Strava, Oura, and Garmin. By connecting these integrations, you authorize TriCoach to access data from those platforms on your behalf, subject to those platforms' own terms of service. TriCoach is not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava, Oura, or Garmin. Use of Strava data is governed by the Strava API Agreement.
The TriCoach platform, including its code, design, and AI models, is owned by Bristow Built. Your training data (workouts, logs, check-ins) remains yours. You grant TriCoach a limited license to process and display your data to deliver the service.
Strava is a registered trademark of Strava, Inc. The "Connect with Strava" and "Powered by Strava" marks and logos are used pursuant to the Strava Brand Guidelines.
No medical advice. TriCoach provides training tools and AI insights for informational purposes only. Nothing in the service constitutes medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any training program.
"As-is" service. TriCoach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will not be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bristow Built shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TriCoach, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by emailing george@bristowbuilt.com. On termination, your right to use the service ceases. Data deletion follows the timeline in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of TriCoach after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
